AI has its own version of your market. Your buyers hear that one.
The AI Readiness Check measures what leading AI models believe about your brand and your category. Put it next to your own research, and act on a ranked plan of what to fix first.
Checks start at $1,890. The configurator shows the exact price for your scope before you pay. Your results stay private.
Two versions of the same market
Your team knows your market from the inside. You have customer research, sales data, win and loss notes, and years of conversations with buyers. That evidence tells you who buys from you and why.
AI assistants hold a picture of your market too. They built it from what was published: reviews, forum threads, comparison articles, retailer listings and old press coverage. In our read, it also includes pages written mainly to rank in search. Some of that material is accurate. Some is outdated, biased, or false. The models have no reliable way to tell which is which, and they answer with the same confidence either way.
More buyers now ask an AI assistant early, before they talk to a salesperson or visit your website. They ask which brands to consider and which fit their budget. The answer comes from the model's picture of your market. Your research plays no part in that conversation.
So two versions of your market exist side by side. Yours is built on evidence you trust. AI's version is the one your buyers are being told, and where the two differ, AI's version wins over time.
When the two disagree, the easy response is to call AI's version a mistake. The buyer has no way to see a mistake. They hear a confident answer and act on it. If AI leaves you off a shortlist, you are off that buyer's shortlist. If AI calls a competitor the category leader, that competitor gets the first call.
We call this the reality paradox. The check measures what AI tools believe reality is. Where that belief differs from your ground truth, the difference is the finding: it shows what your buyers are hearing, and where to act.
Why your current data can't show you this
Customer research tells you what buyers think once they know you. Sales data tells you who bought. SEO suites and rank trackers tell you where your pages appear in search results. Keep all of them, and the partners who run them. None of them asks leading AI models your buyers' questions and records which brands come back, how each one is described, and how often.
Testing it yourself has a different limit. Answers vary by model and from one run to the next, so a single screenshot can't tell you whether a result is typical or noise.
Live checks also miss a layer. An answer with web search on depends partly on what the search finds that day. What the model learned in training changes slowly and shapes every answer, with or without search. That stored knowledge is the source of AI's version of your market, and it is what this check measures.
We built the check for our own platform, to see how AI models shape what buyers believe.
Been there, done that.
The check was built by a designer with two decades inside the SEO and content playbook for some of the biggest brands in the world. The playbook worked and still works. It also shaped the web AI learned from, and we now deal with its side effects.
Designed digital products for Allianz, MetLife, JPMorgan Chase, BlackRock, Nestlé and Porsche.
What the AI Readiness Check measures
A fixed panel of leading AI models is asked a large set of realistic buyer questions about your market. Each buyer need is asked in several phrasings, and a sample of questions is asked again, so a result never rests on a single answer. Small differences are marked "too close to call" rather than shown as a lead, and the panel is pinned to dated model snapshots so a re-scan compares like with like. Every report is built on 7,000+ analyzed data points.
The report gives you four views of AI's version of your market, each built to sit beside data you already have:
- Verdict. One readiness score from 0 to 100, a plain-English verdict and three pillar scores. Compare it with your market share or brand tracking.
- Visibility map. The buyer topics where AI names you and the topics where it doesn't. Compare it with where your revenue actually comes from.
- Competitive picture. Who owns the answers you are missing. When the difference between two brands is too small to be real, the report says "too close to call" and does not show it as a lead. Compare it with your own competitive analysis.
- Perception. What AI says about you, laid out so you can hold each finding against what you know. Compare it with your positioning and your customer research.
Where AI's version matches yours, you have outside confirmation. Where it differs, you have a specific gap to work on, and each task in the Monday plan links to the evidence behind it.
Some gaps start on your own website. A technical audit checks whether AI models can reach and read your site and product information, including structured data, machine-readable specs, and crawlability. When models can't read your facts, they rely on what others published. Each failing check comes with fix text.
How it works
- Configure your scope. Describe your market. Add the competitors you want compared.
- See your price. Checks start at $1,890. The configurator calculates the exact price for your scope and shows it before you pay. Prices are excl. VAT.
- The scan runs. Every model in the panel answers each buyer need in several phrasings, and a sample is re-asked. The technical audit checks your site.
- Get the report and the Monday plan. AI's version of your market, section by section, plus a ranked list of what to do first.
What you get
Each report section answers one question a leadership team would ask.
The sections that show AI's version of your market
- Verdict: Where do we stand?
- Visibility map: Where do we show up in AI answers, and where don't we?
- Competitive picture: Who owns the answers we're missing?
- Perception: What does AI say about us when it mentions us?
The sections that add depth
- Machine access: Can AI models read our website, and what do we fix first?
- Model split: Does this differ model by model?
- Whitespace: Which buyer topics does no brand own yet?
- Methodology footprint: How was the scan run, and will a re-scan compare like with like?
The section that turns the gap into work
- Monday plan: One ranked to-do list, weakest area first. Each task has an owner, whoever runs your website, owns your content, or owns your positioning, and a link to the evidence behind it.
Pure Neo measures and does not sell content or backlinks, so the Monday plan can go to your own team or any agency you already work with. Your results are never published. They belong to you.
Questions
- Our customer research says something different. Which version is right?
- Both measure something real. Your research shows what buyers think after they meet you. The check shows what AI tells them before that. Each section is laid out to sit beside your own data, so you can see where the two diverge and decide which gaps to correct first.
- AI models are sometimes simply wrong. Why act on what they say?
- Because buyers act on it. The Perception section sets out what AI says about you, so you can hold each claim against what you know to be true. Each need is asked in several phrasings across the whole model panel, so what you read there does not rest on a single answer. Where you find a claim wrong or thin, that is what you fix, and the Monday plan ranks the work on your content and positioning.
- Can we change what AI believes about us?
- In part, and over time. Some causes are in your control: whether models can read your site, the accuracy of your public product information, and how clearly you state your positioning. The Monday plan ranks them, weakest area first. Run the check again later to measure what moved. The comparison holds when both runs use the same scan setup (same model panel, question set and scoring version), and the report records that setup in its Methodology footprint.
- We already have SEO tools and an agency. Is this a replacement?
- No. Keep both. They measure search. This measures what AI models say and what they hold in trained knowledge. The Monday plan is written so your agency can use it as a brief.
- Do you need our customer data to run the check?
- No. The check measures AI's version of your market from the outside. The comparison with your own research stays with you.
- Will anyone else see our results?
- No. Customer results are never published.
