AI Readiness Check by Pure Neo, for brand and communications leads

What does AI tell buyers about your brand?

AI assistants answer questions about your brand with confidence. What they learned can include outdated pages and content written to rank in search. The AI Readiness Check shows how leading AI models describe you and where they stay silent, then gives you a ranked plan to correct it.

Checks start at $1,890. The configurator shows the exact price for your scope before you pay. Your results stay private.

Your brand is being discussed in conversations you never see

A buyer asks an AI assistant whether your brand is reliable, or how it compares to the alternative they're considering. The assistant answers in fluent, confident sentences. You never see the question or the answer.

These conversations happen in private, one buyer at a time. No alert fires when an assistant repeats a complaint you resolved two years ago.

The answers draw on what the models learned in training. In our read, that material includes outdated product details and opinion presented as fact, along with pages produced by content farms to rank in search. Turning on web search does not clear it out. Even when an assistant searches the web, the older material still shows up in what it tells buyers.

For a brand or comms lead, this is a reputation question: your brand is being described in a channel you can't see, by a source that sounds certain. AI's version of your brand is the one buyers are told. Where it differs from what is true, the AI version wins over time.

Why your current tools can't answer it

The tools you already use measure real things. Keep them, and keep your SEO partner.

  • Media monitoring and social listening track what people publish about you. AI answers are private and unpublished, so they never enter the feed.
  • SEO suites and rank trackers measure where your pages rank. An AI answer can describe your brand without linking to any of your pages.
  • Asking an assistant yourself gives you one answer on one day. Ask again and the wording, and sometimes the verdict, changes. One screenshot can't tell you whether a criticism is a pattern or a one-off.

The AI Readiness Check measures what these tools are not built to measure: what leading AI models hold about your brand in their trained knowledge, separate from what a live web search happens to return on a given day. That trained view changes slowly, so you need to know what it contains before you decide what to correct first.

We built the check for our own platform, because no tool we tried showed what the models believed about us.

Been there, done that.

The check was built by a designer with two decades inside the SEO and content playbook for some of the biggest brands in the world. The playbook worked and still works. It also shaped the web AI learned from, and we now deal with its side effects.

Designed digital products for Allianz, MetLife, JPMorgan Chase, BlackRock, Nestlé and Porsche.

What the check shows you

Perception: what does AI say about you?

  • Themes: the topics and qualities AI models associate with your brand when buyers ask about your market.
  • Praise: what the models credit you for.
  • Criticism: what they hold against you, including complaints that may be long out of date.
  • Not discussed: buyer topics where the models say nothing about you. If a buyer asks about service and AI never mentions you, the answer goes to someone else.

You know what is true about your brand. The report shows what AI says. Read side by side, the gaps are easy to find.

When AI's version differs from your own research

Your customer research may say buyers value your support team. AI may say nothing about it, or repeat a complaint from years ago. The check measures what AI tools believe is true. Where that differs from your ground truth, AI's version is the one buyers are being told. That difference is where your correction work starts.

The Monday plan: what to correct first

One ranked to-do list, weakest area first. Each task has an owner, whoever runs your website, owns your content, or owns your positioning, and links to the evidence behind it. Each team can see why a task is on its list before acting on it.

Machine access: give AI your current facts

When AI models can't read your website, older material fills the gap. The technical audit checks whether AI models can reach, read, and extract your site and product information, including structured data and machine-readable specs. Every failing check comes with fix text.

Statistics on the scan results

Each buyer need is asked in several phrasings and a sample is re-asked, so you can tell a pattern from noise. Where the difference between you and a competitor is too small to be real, the report marks it "too close to call" rather than showing it as a lead. Every report is built on 7,000+ analyzed data points.

How it works

  1. Configure your scope. Enter your brand and domain. Add the named competitors you want to compare against.
  2. See your price. Checks start at $1,890. The configurator calculates the exact price for your scope and shows it before you pay.
  3. The scan runs. A fixed panel of leading AI models answers a large set of realistic buyer questions about your market, each need in several phrasings, and a sample is re-asked. Your website goes through the technical audit.
  4. Read the report and hand out the plan. Start with Perception, then pass the Monday plan to whoever runs your website, owns your content, or owns your positioning.

What you get

One report. Each section answers one question.

  • Perception: What does AI say about us, laid out so we can check it against reality?
  • Monday plan: What do we fix first, and who owns it?
  • Verdict: Where do we stand overall?
  • Machine access: Can AI models read our website, and what do we fix first?
  • Visibility map: Where do we show up in AI answers, and where don't we?
  • Model split: Does this differ model by model?
  • Competitive picture: Who owns the answers we're missing?
  • Whitespace: Which buyer topics does no brand own yet?
  • Methodology footprint: How was the scan run, and will a re-scan compare like with like?

Your results are never published. They belong to you.

Questions

Does the check tell us whether what AI says is true?
It shows what AI says, laid out so you can hold each finding against what you know. Accuracy is your call, because you know your products and customers. The Monday plan ranks what to do first and links each task to its evidence.
Can we change what AI says about us?
Indirectly. You can change what AI models can read about you and the public record they learn from. Some fixes, like making current product information machine-readable, can show up sooner in assistants that search the web. Others take effect as models are updated over time. Run the check again later to see what moved in the models themselves. The comparison holds when both runs use the same scan setup (same model panel, question set and scoring version), and the report records that setup in its Methodology footprint.
We already have media monitoring and an SEO agency. Why add this?
Keep both. Neither one sees private AI answers. The Monday plan is written so any team or agency can act on it, including the ones you already work with.
Do you sell content to fix what you find?
No. Pure Neo measures. We don't sell articles, backlinks, or content packages. The plan is yours to give to whoever you choose.
AI answers change every time. How reliable is this?
That is why each buyer need is asked in several phrasings across every model in the panel, and a sample is re-asked. The panel is pinned to dated model snapshots, so a re-scan measures movement in the models rather than drift in the method. The Methodology footprint section describes how the scan was run. Where a difference is too small to be real, it is marked "too close to call" rather than shown as a lead.
Will anyone else see our results?
No. We never publish customer results. Your results belong to your brand.
